Yes. It’s free for customers and for pros, with no commissions, fees or payments.
Do I need an account to contact someone?
No. Only pros need an account.
Does Amano check the pros?
Pros confirm their email address and follow our rules, but we don’t verify qualifications or guarantee any work.
How do prices work?
Pros choose their own prices. They’re indicative, and the final price is agreed with the pro.
What counts as an emergency?
Pros who opt in list their hours, response time and any surcharge. If there is a risk to life or safety, call 112.
How do I report a problem?
Use “Report this profile” on any profile, or the report content page.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes, at any time in your settings. Your data is deleted with it.
